Seaside Cottage - Near Parlee Beach & Shediac

Spacious and charming three (3) bedroom cottage. Fully furnished including all dishware, cooking appliances, linens & towels, unlimited use of Netflix, Wi-Fi, BBQ, dishwasher and washer and dryer. The cottage is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood in Cap-Bimet. A five (5) minute walk to a stunning private beach where you can view the beautiful sunset. Furthermore, only a 5-7 min drive to downtown Shediac and Parlee Beach. The space The bed in the 3rd bedroom is a daybed with trundle which converts into 2 twin beds if needed. Please leave the house in a tidy manner, and run the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and put any garbage out in the lidded oby garbage bin next to the baby barn. Please do not burn candles in the cottage. Turn off lights, fans or heat if you are not using them, and lock the doors when you leave. Don't forget to leave the key when you check out, otherwise it will come out of your security deposit to re-key the locks. Other things to note You may park your vehicle directly in front of the cottage. The road to the right of the cottage is a common road for 3 other cottages and should not be used for parking.
