The space This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. There are security cameras located on the outside of the house, however they are not currently working. They may be activated at some point but not during your stay unless you are a long term guest. I would give you 24+ hours notice. Guest access You will be able to access the downstairs unit, and the shared backyard. Other things to note You can easily get to the highway and 3 major roads. Around the corner, you have grocery stores such as Whole Foods 365 and shopping (Lululemon), gyms, restaurants, and more.
