Quick drive to town and a shorter drive up if you’re coming from the city/East. Cheers! The space This is a 6 bedroom (3 on each floor) lifted ranch. Yes, the original house was lifted to make room for even more comfort and space for all your gatherings. The top floor houses: - The primary suite (king bed) with private balcony and bath with jacuzzi and shower - "The Grand Ballroom" as we like to call it: relax with leather couch, TV, mini fridge and play some fun games (Skee-ball is out of service fyi) - Double bed sharing bathoom (tub/shower, double sinks) with... - Kids playroom featuring playhouse, 2 twin beds, and oversized TV On the main level, you'll find: - Full kitchen for all your culinary needs - Cocktail island for catching up - Full dining area with extendable table - Large couch area with wood burning fireplace (firewood provided) - Queen sized bedroom - Double sized bedroom leading to side deck - Daybed full-size also leading to side deck - Complete bathroom Guest access Please feel free to enjoy the entire 5 acres with the exception of the garage, shed on hill, and playground. The view of the mountains will relax you in ways you didn't know you needed! Other things to note The house is located on Old Road which is quiet to enjoy the Catskills but mainstream enough to be plowed regularly. A true retreat but only 5 minutes from center of Windham and only a couple minutes more to the slopes.
