The space THE SPACE Two floors, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms — a rare footprint in Manhattan, and one that actually works for a group. Nobody's negotiating for the shower. The main floor is open and social: living room, dining, and kitchen all flow together, with the bedrooms upstairs for quiet and privacy. Windows look out onto mature street trees rather than a wall or an airshaft. The renovation is recent throughout — new floors, recessed lighting in every room, fresh paint, and modern fixtures. Living Room Two full-size leather sofas around a wall-mounted TV, with a floor lamp and a media console. Deep enough that a group of six can actually sit together comfortably. Large windows on two sides bring in real daylight. Kitchen A full kitchen with dark shaker cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless appliances throughout: full-size refrigerator, electric range and oven, over-range microwave, and — the thing most New York rentals don't have — a dishwasher. Bathrooms (Three Full) Two upstairs and one on the main floor, all renovated. The upstairs baths are finished in classic white subway tile with a black accent band and patterned mosaic floors, each with a full soaking tub, glass shower doors, a handheld shower wand, a medicine cabinet, and a vanity. The main-floor bath has a corner glass shower stall, a wood vanity, and a mirrored cabinet. All three have bidet sprayers installed. Fresh towels and toilet paper are stocked. Other things to note This is New York City, so typical city noises—such as traffic, sirens, and street activity—are to be expected, especially due to the central location near Times Square.
