With 2 fully-furnished bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace, our home gives you the space to relax, unwind, and feel truly at home. A self-use kitchen with basic utensils and RO water lets you prepare meals easily, just the way you like. Wake up to panoramic mountain views from every room, and stay warm with room heaters on demand. All washrooms have geysers to ensure hot water whenever you need it. Tea and coffee makers are provided, and ample parking is available for your convenience. End the day with a cozy bonfire under the starry night sky, or simply relax indoors enjoying the quiet and comfort. With thoughtful amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, our retreat offers a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay in the mountains. Additional charges apply: - Fireplace: ₹600/2 hrs - Bonfire: ₹1200/3 hrs - Room heater: ₹200/night - Maid/driver accommodation (sharing): ₹500/night -Maid/driver meals: ₹175/meal Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and the in-house dining with indoor and outdoor seating Other things to note -Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages. - No loud music is allowed after 10 PM. - Fireworks are strictly prohibited and punishable under law. - Outside guests are not allowed inside the cottages; meetings can be held in the common lawn or office area. - Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed. - We offer an a-la-carte menu for food options. -Breakfast is served from 8 AM – 11 AM only. -Dinner requests should be informed to the chef by 5 PM at the latest. - Dining services are closed from 11 PM – 7 AM daily. - No bonfire after 9 PM. - Housekeeping for the kitchen is available at ₹500 per service. - Guests are requested to submit soft copies of ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show hard copies during check-in. - Early/late check-in and check-out requests can be accommodated based on availability. - An Experience Engineer will coordinate with you throughout your stay for any help or local recommendations. - Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated; such guests will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. - Room heaters are available at an additional charge of ₹200 per heater per night. - The fireplace can be used for ₹600 per session (up to 2 hours, until 9 PM). - Bonfire arrangements are available at ₹1,200 per session (up to 3 hours, until 8 PM). -Power Backup: Available only for Lighting purpose. Self-Cooking Kitchen Guidelines -Our cottage features a self-use kitchen, designed for guests who wish to prepare their own meals. Please note the following: - Guests are expected to cook their own meals. - Housekeeping, including utensil cleaning, is not included and should be carried out by guests themselves. Optional kitchen housekeeping is available at ₹500/day. --The kitchen includes basic utensils for 4 people, an LPG stove, chimney, RO, and an instant geyser. -No special appliances such as microwave, toaster, or oven are provided. -RO drinking water is available; guests may bring their own mineral water if needed. -All groceries and consumables must be arranged by the guests. -Any breakages or damages will be charged. Pet Policy - Pets are allowed on the property. - Guests must ensure their pets are well-trained, vaccinated, and non-aggressive. -Pets must always be kept under control and not left unattended inside or outside the cottage. -Guests are fully responsible for the safety and comfort of fellow guests. -A proper pooper scooper and waste disposal bags are mandatory; pet waste must be cleaned immediately. -Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or dining areas. -Any damage caused by pets to property, furniture, linen, or landscaping will be charged to the guest.
