The bedrooms are located on the second floor and each bedroom has a full bathroom attached. Hot tub available for use. As our guest, you will have access to the entire home during your stay, private parking for 3-4 vehicles, access to private beach and most important - breathtaking views! *Please note that stairs to access the beach are across the street from the property. This property does NOT sit directly on the beach. You must cross the street to access the stairs to go down to the beach. **ANY DOCKS IN THE WATER ARE PRIVATE AND OFF LIMIT TO GUESTS! Firewood is NOT provided. Property is located 15 minutes from downtown Burlington, one hour from Stowe, and less than 2 hours from Montreal. The Burlington Causeway (bike path) is only a few miles away. We are a pet friendly property, however you MUST pre-register your pet for approval before booking. Our requirements are as follows: - Pet addendum must be acknowledged before check-in. - Additional fee will be required (per pet). - Pets are not allowed on the furniture. - Dogs must be social toward strangers - both human and canine. - Dogs must be on leash anytime outside, including the beach. - Dogs should not be tied up outside and left unattended at any point. - Tick/Flea preventatives recommended. We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your pet alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time. Please note that the yard is not fenced in. Please make sure you dispose of the pet waste with a doggie bag and place it in the bin provided.
