Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the lake and surrounding gardens. Swimming is permitted at your own risk from the dock. The main terrace is reserved for the primary residence only, ensuring privacy and a quiet atmosphere. Other things to note Our estate includes two thoughtfully designed Airbnb suites, each welcoming up to two guests. The second listing—French Estate Guest Suite on Private Lake—occupies the entire top floor and features a separate living room, a kitchenette (no stove/oven), and a spacious bedroom with serene treehouse views over the lake and gardens. We often host guests in town for weddings, visiting nearby family, working remotely, or training at the renowned equestrian farms surrounding Waccabuc. The guest house is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig stocked with Starbucks pods. The property uses well water and septic, and a whole-estate generator ensures uninterrupted power during outages; you may hear it briefly when it activates. A new AC unit keeps the space perfectly comfortable. The home operates on well water and a septic system and is located within a protected natural setting. The property is intentionally low-traffic and not suited for gatherings or group activity.
