Newly renovated Double room (Room C)

A simple room in an older townhouse that is in need of renovation, so don't have too high expectations. In the room, there is a 180 cm. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. The house is located 150 meters away from the lake which can be seen from the house. The space Some negative things you should know about my accommodation: - It is possible that you share the common areas with up to 12 people and pets at the same time during your stay, even though it is very unlikely and unusual, so find a chance. - There is only 1 toilet that is shared by all guests. - Cleaning of common areas does not take place every day, usually at check-in or check-out or once a week. If guests do not clean up after themselves in the kitchen or toilet, they can get dirty, then just let me know and I will clean as soon as I have time. The host does not share the same areas as the guests, so the host does not always know that it needs to be cleaned if no one tells the host. - The kitchen and toilet can be experienced as cramped if several people move there at the same time. - Sound travels easily throughout the home, so it is possible to hear other people through the walls and ceiling when it is at its worst. Room A or B is next to the kitchen and the entrance and then you hear when people make noise in the kitchen and when the front door closes. - There are rules about smoking, quiet hours, cleaning up after yourself, but not everyone respects these rules and it may happen that some completely ignore the rules, which means that other guests suffer. You can notify the host and he will talk to the guests to get them to stop breaking the rules, but there are no guarantees that it will work with all guests. Guest access You can use the bathroom where there is a shower and a washing machine. In the hall there is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge. You can also use the terrace in front of the house to sit and enjoy the sun in the afternoon. Other things to note To get into the house, you'll need an Android or iOS device to communicate with the smart lock for the front door. With an Android, you must be able to install an app from APK to get the smart lock app. If for some reason you can't use the app we have a key, but a deposit of 1500kr will be needed if you want to use the key instead. The deposit will be returned after the keys have been returned. There is parking space near the house 12 hours free. I also offer parking in front of the house on the property for 75kr/8EUR per night.
