Outdoor recreation: Ping pong table (on sunny days), boules, Molkky, golf games, badminton rackets, punching bag, and soccer ball. A Weber barbecue is available upon request (charcoal not included). • Exclusivity: Enjoy direct access to a private path leading to beautiful, relaxing walks through the countryside to the forest. • Discretion & Responsiveness: We live on site and are very caring hosts. Orgerus train station is 5 minutes away (toward Montparnasse) with 24-hour monitored parking on-site. • A car is essential to fully enjoy the region and its points of interest. 🕒 À la carte services (upon request and subject to availability) Optimize your time with our flexibility options (these fees cover the reorganization of our cleaning teams): • Early check-in: From 2:00 PM – Price: €29 (to be paid on site). • Late check-out: Until 1 pm – Price: €29 (to be paid on site). • Standard hours: Check-in from 4:00 pm | Check-out before 10:00 am. • End-of-stay cleaning option: If you prefer not to do the cleaning yourself, we offer a €50 package (secure payment request directly via the Airbnb platform to be paid before your arrival). Otherwise, we ask that you leave the cottage as you found it and clean the appliances after use. 🤫 Rules of Decorum, Serenity & Quiet We have put a lot of energy into making this place a welcoming setting where nature is a luxury. We thank our guests for taking care of it as if they were at a friend's house: • Respect for quiet: To ensure the tranquility of all occupants of the property (guests in the other cottage and the owners), strict silence is required outdoors between 10:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. ⚠️⚠️ Strictly prohibited events: Parties, gatherings, birthdays, weddings, inviting people not declared at the time of booking, and pets are not allowed. Any request or behavior that does not comply with these criteria for peace and quiet will be rejected or canceled immediately, without the possibility of a refund.
