Enjoy the comforts of home in this peaceful, fully furnished bungalow just steps away from the beach. The guest house is located in a large 1,000 sqm property filled with mango trees. Just 100 meters (less than a 2min walk!) is the beach, where you can enjoy La Union's gorgeous sunsets. The guest house is built right beside the Host's home, but is completely separate with its own front entrance and patio. **Bedrooms can also be booked individually, please see separate listings per bedroom** The space *On Introductory rate!* This two-bedroom bungalow can fit a maximum of 8 people, 4 in each room. The spacious guest house also includes a workstation for two in the living room. Outside the guesthouse, we have set up a full-size grill/smoker and picnic table that the guests are free to use. There is also a standalone outhouse bathroom and shower area shared with the property to clean yourself off when coming from the beach. With this, guests will have a total of 2 bathrooms for your use. The exterior and garden, which are still a work in progress, are shared with the host (and their adorable dogs). NOTE: The property hosts an exclusive sharing table dining event every Saturday night at the garden. This is very limited seating and by reservation only, so please expect some guests in the garden on Saturday nights. Guest access Kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, utensils, serving platters and cooking utensils. The guesthouse also has the following working appliances: - inverter refrigerator - cooking stove and oven - microwave - water kettle - toaster oven - rice cooker - emergency light - water dispenser Electric Fans: Aside from the ceiling fans installed in each room, there is also a stand fan in both bedrooms and 1 in the living room, total of 3 standalone electric fans in the guesthouse. Emergency Light: In case of a power outage, there is an emergency light set mounted by the workstation, as well as 2 mobile emergency lights stored in the kitchen wicker cabinet, and some candles. Consummables: - First gallon of purified water is free of charge. - Bath towels are provided for registered guests. Additional towels available for rent. As we are in the province, please expect sounds of roosters, birds and dogs. As the property is expansive and garden work is still in progress, there can be ants and mosquitos around as a result of huge trees present in the property. Mosquito coils and spray will be provided.
