Mountain Medicine PRN is an easy walk from BV's best restaurants, coffee shops, brewpubs, stores and boutiques. Also an easy walk to nearby trails for walking or bicycling with outstanding views of our Collegiate Peaks, and our world class whitewater park is along the way on the beautiful Arkansas River. All ameneties are available right here! The space A full sized washer and dryer are available for your use. A private outdoor patio area is available with a picnic table and grill. Space is available outside beneath the stairs for storing bicycles or kayaks. Dogs must be 100% supervised while at the condo. Dogs must be reliably 100%. If you have doubts, please board your dog before coming. The town of BV limits the number of guests permitted to stay, so all overnight guests must be claimed beforehand. A $300 fine may be collected for unclaimed guests or dogs. Guest access There is one assigned parking spot to the condo, several free spots are available on a first come basis. Additional parking is available on Cedar St and just down the street at the community center. RV's and campers have parking at the community center, or at the end of S Main St, just past Black Burro Bikes. The condo is a ground level unit with a patio and picnic table and bench outside. There is a short set of steps from the parking lot to the door. The entire condo is yours to use. There is a housekeeping/owners closet that is kept locked. The place will be accessed via a private key code to enter on the smart lock on the front door. I will send it to you before you arrive. Inside there are 2 additional RF "smart" keycards you may use to access entry as well. There is a charge for lost keycards. I will send you a message via the AirBnB platform a couple days before you arrive with a door code to use for entry, so check in is contactless. Please send a note back and let me know when you have checked in, and if you have any questions. Other things to note This is a ground level, end unit condo. There may be guests in the adjoining condos above and to one side. Some sound may carry from adjoining units, please be considerate regarding noise and quiet hours after 9pm. There is an outside picnic table and grill for you to enjoy. There is no airconditioning available for the unit. Fans are provided and windows should be utilized for positive airflow in warmer months.
