Welcome to your private bedroom in a shared home designed to meet your basic needs comfortably. Each room has a unique door code for secure access and includes a queen-size bed, closet, worktable and chair, space heater, fan, and towels. The room is about 110 sq. feet—cozy and functional. You’ll share common spaces: kitchenette, full bathroom, 2-piece bathroom, laundry area ($10/load), and exercise area. Basic amenities like cutlery, disposable plates, and toiletries are provided. The space This airbnb/homestay has 4 bedrooms. The rooms are situated in the basement with ample amount of natural light. Each rooms have their own door code keyless entry sytem for your privacy. With our unique airbnb hostel-type set up, your safety is our priority, hence, airbnb has approved outdoor and some indoor cameras which are located in the laundry room and hallway. Your room will be equipped with closet, bed, sheets, comforter, towels, work table/vanity, bedside table, chair, small lamp, portable heater and fan. We prefer to give our guests their own space. Please contact us at anytime if you need anything or have any concerns. Guest access Guest has access to shareable fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wifi, & TV/lounge area that is hooked to Netflix. There is no kitchen available. Washer and dryer are available for $10/load with laundry soap and dryer sheet included. We have 2 bathrooms in the basement (1) 3 pc bathroom and (1) 2 pc bathroom. ***All of these are shrared with other guests*** During your stay I like to give my guest/s space. I prefer if they message or call me if they have any questions or concerns Other things to note Please enter side door. Keycode numbers will be provided to enter and exit the house on check in day. No outdoor shoes allowed inside. Please leave outdoor shoes by entryway on the boot tray. Smoking inside the house, drinking, any form of illegal drug use and partying are strictly prohibited. Quiet time is 9pm to 8am. Few notes to consider: 1. Although we try our best to use environmental-friendly products, this is not a scent-free place. 2. We have a 9 year old daughter and black labrador dog but we live upstairs. At the present, We DO NOT allow any pets in our airbnb (basement) as we are not sure if other guest/s has sensitivities and/allergies to animals. 3. We are not liable to any missing, damaged or lost personal belongings/items during your stay. 4. Street parking is free at all times in the vicinity of the neighborhood. Avoid parking in front of neighbors front garage. Please make sure that Disable Placard is visible at all times if you decude to utilize the Disabled parking in front of our house. 5. We are not liable or responsible in any way if accidental injury, disability or death during your stay at our place. 6. Outdoor and Indoor cameras are installed in common spaces for everyone's safety and security. 7. Early Check in time is allowed with an additional fee of $20. Late Check out is also allowed with an additional fee of $20. Please commumicate time in advance and accordingly. 8. We strive to serve you better and provide you with a clean space.
