Perfectly located at 3 minutes from Yeongdeungpo Office station at the crossroads of metro lines 2 and 5, it can accommodate up to 4 travelers. You have an easy access to the various tourist spots in Seoul while benefiting from the convenience and calm of the neighborhood. The space - A large bedroom with a double bed and a drawer - A Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and cable channels - A second bedroom with a 10 cm thick mattress - A sofa bed in the living room - A large fridge - A kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking Guest access There are many restaurants and cafes around the apartment. - 30 seconds away, there is a 24-hour grocery store, - 3 minutes from a hypermarket (Lotte Mart) which has a large foodcourt, - 5 minutes from Costco - 5 minutes from a street full of restaurants open until late in the evening Tourist attractions are easily accessible by metro: - 7 minutes from Yeouido - 8 minutes from Hongdae - 15 minutes from Gocheok Skydome - 20 minutes from Gwanghwamun - 25 minutes from Dongdaemun. - Mullae-dong, Times Square and E-Mart are 7 minutes away by bus. (FYI, the bus stop is right next to the metro station). Other things to note We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence ! Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum. Meaning please, avoid to make noise in areas like on the rooftop, in the building stairs or in front of the building. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - We would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
