With 4 spacious bedrooms, a 40-ft pool, lush fruit trees, and no nearby neighbors, this tropical escape is perfect for families and groups up to 14. Relax by the river, grill under the stars, or shoot pool in the breezy marquesina. Beaches and local towns are just 10–15 minutes away. The space El Sonido del Río is a private, resort-style retreat nestled in a lush tropical oasis. The home features 4 bedrooms, including 3 with handcrafted wooden queen beds, rustic closets, and luxury 400-thread count cotton sheets. The spacious fourth bedroom sleeps 5–8 with bunk beds, a trundle, and soft microfiber bedding—perfect for groups or kids. The master suite includes a private entrance and dedicated workspace. All bedrooms have new Samsung split AC units (kept between 70–75°F), and the common areas are cooled by large industrial Samsung units. AC is adjusted remotely for guest comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and shatterproof glasses. Inside, you’ll find 2 full bathrooms (1 handicap accessible). Outside, there’s a split bathroom (shower and toilet in separate stalls) and a half-bath near the pool. The 40x17 ft. pool features a tanning ledge with loungers, a jacuzzi bench, and a connecting seat along the edge. The gated pool deck includes a dining table, lounge chairs, umbrellas, outdoor shower, and bathroom access. A nearby shaded BBQ area has two 4-seater tables for al fresco meals. The marquesina (covered courtyard) includes a life-size Connect 4, foosball, domino table, and billiards. Inside, a cozy selfie corner and board games await rainy days.
