Charming Modern Duplex Apt with Roof Top Terrace

Modern, funky duplex apartment with homy feel. It is newly renovated and literally everything is newly built and designed. We are in a quiet neighborhood of Artane in Dublin 5. There is a shopping mall within 5 minutes walk (Tesco, Lidl, Continental Delicatessens, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) We are 25 minutes by bus from the city Centre (currently a bit longer due to the roadworks in Fairview) on and easy access to train that take you along the coast to north and south side attractions. The space You will access this second-floor duplex via a staircase (there is no lift). The rooms are organised over two floors. On the first level, you will have a hallway, kitchen dining with a smaller balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. There is also a walk in storage and wardrobe where you can leave coats and suitcases. The top floor (mezzanine) has a living room and a large private rooftop. There is also a small office corner where you can work. In the same place (office nook) there is an additional pull out bed. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, balcony and the roof top terrace. Other things to note This is an apartment where we live for most of the year, and when we are away, we let it through Airbnb so that you will find many of our things in the apartment. It means it has our stamp and is fully furnished and equipped. Because it is our principal place of living, we tend to be very careful about the guests we accept - please note that you will need to be a fully verified and well-reviewed member of the Airbnb community. Parking is available in the area. We can register you up to 3 days as a guest to park on the visitor spaces. Over that time there are loads of public and on-street parking in the area.
