Comfortable room with private bathroom – YORK – walking distance to the metro. Welcome to our beautiful modern room with private bathroom in the basement of our townhouse. This is not a stand-alone unit and we occupy the ground floor and first floor. This room has only 2 sleeping places, we can only accept 2 people (2 adults or 1 adult + 1 child). We are 25 minutes by Metro from the Rogers Stadium Concert venue. The space This private space (which you can lock from the inside for more privacy) includes a large brand new bed, a sofa, a nice high table with two stools, a coffee and tea kit, a kettle and a small fridge. A full bathroom with shower/combined bathtub, shampoo, shower gel, shower gel and towels. We offer high-speed internet and unlimited Wi-Fi access. Guest access Self-check-in is done via a 4-digit code box to retrieve the entry key. The code will be provided 48 hours before your arrival. Guests will only have access to their private bedroom and bathroom in the basement through the main entrance (main floor) of the townhouse. Other things to note Please note that the basement has no WINDOWS. In addition to the passage through the ground floor (main entrance), a second emergency exit is available from your room. Please note that we have an adorable white Persian cat named Princess – very quiet as she is getting old. For your safety and ours, no smoking, burning candles or making fires. For your safety and ours, 2 cameras operate outside the house: one located at the main entrance outside, and the second in the garage access stairs.
