Any stains, damages or lost items will be charged accordingly. ✓ Garbage should be disposed outside the main gate near the Meralco post from 8pm to 8:30pm daily. ✓ Lost keys are chargeable at Php200.00 per key. ✓ Internet, electric and water bills are NOT INCLUDED in the Airbnb rate. Monthly security deposit of Php3,500.00 shall be paid on or before check-in date in CASH/GCASH to cover wifi 500php, utility bills and any damages, of which any excess charges will be paid by the guest.  On the other hand, any unconsumed security deposit will be refunded to guest on check-out date. To those staying for more than a month, replenishment of Php3,500.00 security deposit is required on succeeding months or if average actual usages exceed Php3,500.00. If not replenished, meralco and manila water meters will automatically be shut off. ✓ Our sole internet provider is Globe Telecom. Any outage/system/network issues will be refunded on the days without internet services. We cannot guarantee their performance due to potential internet interruptions beyond our control. Please be aware that the signal inside the unit may be weak. This is an accommodation unit only. We have a series deco wifi connection. Do not unplug our deco device from the outlet. ✓ Kindly report to us immediately any aircon issues like leaks, error codes and sounds. Maintenance charges is under host's accountability. It will not be charged to the guest. PARKING ✓ We only allow motorcycle parking inside the compound. ✓ Kindly park the motorcycles properly adjacent to the fence. SMOKING POLICY ✓Strictly NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ✓ Your official check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is STRICTLY at 12 nn. ✓Early check-in/ late check-out is allowed unless NO CONFLICTS with the scheduled bookings. BEFORE BOOKING For all guests, kindly answer the following questions and submit to us: 1. May I know the nature of your work? 2. How many guests are staying in the room? 3. Reason of your stay? 4. Smoker or non-smoker? 5. Do you fully understand our house rules, policies and reminders? Thank you! CHECK IN REMINDERS ✓All appliances and furniture inside the unit are 100% working with no damages. ✓Kindly take time to thoroughly inspect all items. ✓Please confirm with a YES that you agree that all items inside the unit are in good condition and free from any damages. ✓No reply AFTER 24 HOURS means that you fully accept and confirm that all items are 100% working with no damages. ✓If you found any issues with the items, kindly report it back to us ASAP within the 24-HOUR PERIOD. CHECK OUT REMINDERS ✓ Your official check-out time is STRICTLY on or before 12 nn. ✓ Please make sure that the unit is reasonably clean and orderly upon check out. Note that excessive mess to our unit means additional cleaning fee based on the extra time and/or service needed to clean the unit. ✓ Guests are expected to turn over the unit at the exact same state as it was turned over to them. Let us know for any damages or missing items. ✓ We implement a “CLEAN AS YOU GO” Policy: 1.Donot leave unwashed utensils/items in the sink. 2.Dispose your garbage outside the room. 3.Donot leave takeout food leftovers so we don’t attract pests. 4.Please leave used lines/towels/sheets on the floor by the door inside the unit ✓ Lastly, final meter reading and computation of excess charges/refund from Php3,500.00 deposit will be sent on or before 11am on the day of checkout. Balances/refund may be paid in Cash/Gcash/BDO account. Thank you!
