Our condo sleeps 9 and is a family friendly two bedroom plus bunk area, 2 bathroom condo complete with all the convenience of home. Smart TV’S in living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom to stream your favorite shows. This condo offers a Portacrib and a high chair, located in the guest room closet. Fully stocked kitchen with an air fryer, instapot, keurig and regular coffee maker, electric griddle, pots, pans knives, and of course plenty of everyday plates, bowls and utensils. Enjoy fantastic views from the private balcony along with comfortable accommodations for your beach vacation. This completely remodeled and beautifully furnished condo has everything your family needs for the perfect beach getaway! The furnished, Gulf view balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or catch a breathtaking sunset. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to five shared pools including a zero-edge family pool with beach views, 52,000 square feet of lakefront boardwalk, a fully equipped fitness center, covered parking, miniature putting green, several on-site dining options, nightly fountain show, pickle ball court and private beach access directly across the street. There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street. Laketown Wharf is located on the East end of Panama City Beach, across the street from Pineapple Willy's. 810 Billiards and Bowling is now onsite for family fun. No Pets allowed, guests will be asked to leave without refund and will be charged a cleaning mitigation.
