Cozy quiet house perfect for a relaxing family stay The space EGUILLES, about 6 km Aix en Provence rents pleasant house of 130 m2 for 6 people with a nice garden in a quiet area in the center of the village close to all shops (butcher, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco, supermarket...) - Enclosed and wooded garden of about 200 m2 with swimming pool 6 x 2.5 m + gas grill, deckchairs, living room, table and garden chairs, ping-pong table. Proximity: Bus to Aix: 100 m. Playground in the street - Forest & leisure grounds (tennis, soccer stadium, skate park, petanque...) 10 min walk. The house is located at the gates of the historic center of Aix-en-Provence (10 minutes by car) and close to many places of interest: La Sainte Victoire, the Luberon, Le Verdon, Marseille, the Calanques National Park and the Mediterranean beaches. Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms (160 X 200 and 140 X 190). 1 bathroom (bathtub) + separate toilet. Folding crib + bedding can be provided. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen open to the living room (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, classic coffee maker + Nespresso). Cellar with washer and dryer. 1 separate toilet. Cable TV + Wi-Fi (fiber) Fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover and bath sheet provided The end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the rental and amounts to €90 (ninety euros) We have two nice cats that are very independent, live outside and will be discreet. We don't want to "move" them for the holidays.
