The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a gourmet meal, and you'll rest easy in the soft luxurious beds. The space This home built in 1904 has been slowly and lovingly restored to brand new, while retaining all of its original charming character. A corner lot on a tree lined, quiet street and private parking. Upper level has a master bedroom with king sized bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed and private workspace, 3rd bedroom with queen bed accessed through the 2nd bedroom, and a full bathroom. Lower level has a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, basic spices, coffee supplies, pots and pans, instant pot, crock pot, and more; a unique breakfast nook/cafe room with bar seating, dining room, living room with pull out sofa bed, a laundry room, and another full bathroom. Guest access The entire house will be for your private use. Other things to note The fenced in backyard is not for guest use at this time. Also note that the old winding staircase is somewhat steep for those with mobility issues.
