Look no further than Sea Shaw - a modern, newly-renovated villa nestled in the picturesque valley of Millendreath Beach Resort in the quaint seaside town of Looe, Cornwall . Equipped with all the amenities you could need and views of the sea, this is the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. *!! The property is all on one level and has two bedrooms sleeping four guests. It is REACHED BY 52 STEPS, as it is on the 3RD LEVEL, so please bear this in mind !!* The space Sea Shaw is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing UK Break. Kitchen/Lounge/Diner: Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, dining table and chairs, Smart TV with Freeview/Samsung TV plus a DVD player, & radio. Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, hanging space, USB charging sockets, hairdryer & shaving adaptor. Distant sea views. Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside unit, chest of drawers, USB charging sockets. Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen provided, please bring your own towels. Shower Room: Spacious walk-in double-head electric shower, basin, WC & heated towel rail. Enclosed terrace with garden furniture. Far-reaching sea views from the terrace. Fans available for summer months. Family facilities: None provided. Accessibility: This property is all on one level although not suitable for people with mobility restrictions due to there being 52 steps leading to the villa. General: Electric panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. £15 gratuity left for stays less than a week. £20 gratuity left for stays 1 week+. If this runs out, cards can be purchased on site at Beach Cafe. Parking: Sufficient on-site parking with 30 minutes unloading/loading allowed near the property. Tickets can be purchased at £20 a per week. Important notes: No smoking. Guest access Key box located at the villa with the code provided 24 hours prior to stay. Plenty of onsite + overflow parking is available to guests at Millendreath Beach Resort, at a cost of £20 for up to a week’s stay. This is payable on arrival, either at the meter or via the RingGo app. A drop-off period of up to 30 minutes is allowed at the foot of the villa, before guests must return their vehicle to the car park. **Please note you will receive a parking fine if you go over the 30 minutes.** The car park is located just a few minutes walk from Sea Shaw. Other things to note Pets: Maximum 2 dogs welcome. Pet bedding/bed is required to be brought by the guest, this is not provided. Pet bowls are provided. Enclosed terrace to the front of the property. We kindly ask that owners respect our property and neighbours by keeping their dogs reasonably quietened and off surrounding gardens. Please keep them off the furniture, out of bedrooms and clean up after them. Dogs should not be left alone in the property. Please ensure flea treatment up to date. Please bear in mind that we let to none dog owners as well! Dogs can enjoy Millendreath Beach before 9am and after 6pm from May to September, and at all times of the day from October to the start of May. Please note that this can change at the sites discretion. Plaidy Beach, which is 5 minutes walk, is dog friendly all year.
