Kingfisher Cottage

This bright and airy coastal cottage is close to centre of Portland and a short walk from beautiful clifftop views and whale watching platform. We try our best to make it a place where you feel relaxed and comfortable, with everything you need, thoughtful touches and a peaceful environment. Two queen beds, a single futon bed/daybed and a dedicated workspace give flexibility to use the space however it suits you best. The luxurious spa bath in the bathroom is the perfect way to wind down. The space The house features 2 roomy bedrooms both with queen beds, ceiling fans and built-in robes. The third bedroom is set up as a dedicated study/office room with monitors and printer provided, but also has a futon which functions as either a single bed or a daybed. Portacot, highchair and baby bath are located in the wardrobe. The main living area comprises an open plan dining area, lounge with a large high quality HD TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast NBN wifi is available throughout the property. The bathroom features a large spa bath and shower. A covered patio looks out onto the large backyard and has an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. There is an option to fit a small boat down the driveway with a lockable gate for security. Guest access Guests have exclusive private use of the whole house and yard, with the exception of garage at rear of property and one storage cupboard.
