The space This family-built home features distinctive architecture, thoughtfully designed about 15 years ago after our travels exploring different styles of living around the world. It has been carefully maintained ever since, offering a clean, comfortable, and authentic stay. Every part of the house reflects attention to detail and personal care. The bathrooms may appear a bit rustic in photos, but they’re always spotless. Guests can expect a peaceful, well-kept home that combines character, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Guest access Guests enjoy complete privacy and independence during their stay. The listed space occupies the entire first floor of the villa and includes a private entrance, ensuring easy access and total freedom of movement. You’ll have exclusive use of all rooms, the lounge, and the fully equipped kitchen, with shared access to the garden below — perfect for morning tea, quiet reading, or relaxed conversations. My mother and our full-time caretaker live quietly on the ground floor and can assist if anything house-related comes up during your stay. Other things to note ✨ Sustainability & Comfort We try to keep the home as eco-conscious and low-impact as possible through small, mindful habits — conserving water, saving power, and sorting waste. The bathtubs are out of use to help save water, and solar-heated water is available in both bathrooms. 🧹 Waste Segregation Please separate wet (food) and dry (non-biodegradable) waste carefully. Unsegregated waste unfortunately incurs a ₹300 disposal fee, as required by our local waste collectors. 🚭 Smoking & Alcohol Smoking is allowed only on the balconies. Our local waste collectors do not accept liquor bottles, so we request guests to kindly take them back upon checkout, or contribute ₹200 toward responsible disposal. 🚪 Respectful Living The home retains its original charm, maintained with care and kept beautifully clean.
