Please check everything in your clothes before using the washing machine to avoid any things that could be damaged or stuck inside. You must tell us on the flat’s group before a time if someone coming for visiting (Usually the flat available only for guests) Microwave,hover,and washing machine (hot programs) used only on public electricity (red light). Water heating during midnight until 6 am,washing machine (cold programs) could be used on generator electricity only with the fridge. You could throw toilet paper inside the toilet if it is recycled papers (only). Pick up the trash and put it next to the elevator door around 4-5 PM afternoon. Eating only in the kitchen (there is a table and chairs and enough space) or balcony and No food at rooms pls. Clean kitchen and gas oven after cooking or eating for each time as the time duration to use the kitchen is 1 hour max to be available for other guests between 7AM-11PM to not disturb the other guest in the room next to kitchen, and keep the kitchen fan on 24/7. Each guest has a level in the kitchen closet to put their food. Smoking is not allowed in rooms for health reasons (only in balconies with closing the door). Each side of the balcony is private for each room. Please, read our house's rules. Don’t use your boots inside ROOMS or BATHROOMS and feel free to remove the shoes and put them inside the closet next to the main door. No extra guests in the rooms. Use your telephone to communicate with the delivery to open the gate and the door to get your order. No pets or events allowed and no visitors allowed after 10 Pm. The middle room is for working during the day until 10 pm max, except when it has an urgent guest. The Furniture should stick to each room without making swap with other rooms.
