The location in the picturesque fishing village of Rogač on the island of Šolta is truly unique. With the finest breeze and fresh air you are able to spend the day outdoors. There are varied possibilities: The pool for example (with a depth of 1.70 m) is surrounded by a small wall and tall trees, the terrace is adjacent to the house, so that there is a great outdoor lounge centred around the pool. There are comfortable wooden loungers and other modern trendy seating furniture you can relax at any time of the day. In the bedrooms there are small balconies, these provide you with the quiet space to enjoy time for reflection or a morning coffee. On the covered BBQ terrace is an outdoor dining area, where the guests can enjoy a relaxed barbecue. As if that were not enough, the highlight is the sundeck above the first floor. Great for relaxing, for the sun worshiper or simply to rest under the umbrellas with the offering of a perfect sea.   The living area is flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Due to the generous size of the property you have the option to fully occupy the house, the prices are staggered accordingly.
