The space The house is located in El Romaní, small and quiet hamlet with approximately 400 inhabitants next to the Natural Park of l'Albufera. In 200m you find the first rice fields. The house is located on the first floor, it has a sunny terrace with barbecue, large living room, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms, there is one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom and two with single beds. Don't worry about anything during your trip. Upon arrival, you'll find everything you need: clean sheets and towels, hair dryer, soap, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea... so you can relax and enjoy your visit. You can also request bicycles to ride around and visit the Albufera Natural Park and its rice fields. With an unbeatable location, from the balcony of the ballroom you can see the fields and the lake. In addition, 2 min andado is the train station with direct connection to Valencia and Cullera or Gandía, which allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city: Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Lonja, Mercado Central, Catedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen... There are different supermarkets and restaurants a 5-minute drive away in the neighboring towns. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. There is a barbecue, washing machine, air conditioning... Other things to note I will be happy to welcome you at any time of day whenever possible. We do not place any restrictions upon your arrival. Depending on the number of guests, the rest of the stays will be closed. To enable them, an additional fee may be requested. Crib and baby feeding chair available for an additional fee of €30 Bikes available at a cost of €7/day per bike. €80 deposit per bike. Recommended own transportation to make the purchase or get around the environment.
