The space The house is located in El Romaní, a small and quiet village with approximately 400 inhabitants next to the Albufera Natural Park. The first rice fields are 200 meters away. The house is located on the first floor, has a sunny terrace with barbecue, large living room, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms, one has a double bed and private bathroom and two have twin beds. During the trip, don't worry about anything. Upon arrival, you'll find everything you need: clean sheets and towels, a hairdryer, soap, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea... so you can relax and enjoy your visit. As well as bicycles to ride and visit the Albufera Natural Park and its rice fields. With an unbeatable location, from the balcony of the living room you can see the fields and the lake. In addition, a 2-minute walk away is the train station with a direct connection to Valencia and Cullera or Gandía, which allows you to walk to the main attractions of the city: Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Lonja, Central Market, Cathedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen... There are different supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute drive in the neighboring towns. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. There is a barbecue, washing machine, air conditioning... Other things to note I'll be happy to welcome you at any time of the day whenever possible. We don't set restrictions on your arrival. Depending on the number of guests, the rest of the rooms will remain closed. To enable them, a supplement may be requested. A crib and baby chair are available at an extra cost of €30 Bicycles are available at a cost of €5/day per bicycle. A €75 deposit per bicycle.
