Stay in my grandfather's 1868 farmhouse. Since this dairy farm was beside our farm, I spent many fun and peaceful hours with family here. This room has a newly installed bathroom. AC and 43" Roku TV. A deep freeze right outside the door of the room is shared between room 1 and 2. We have a merry-go-round outside from the yogurt shop days. There are 4 great bike/walking trails close by. Rt 22/Rt 119 are very close. Once a popular place to buy milk, there are 3 acres left of the 140? acre farm. The space I want to make it clear that there are 3 independent bedrooms, with deadbolt locks, in this house that are rented separately. The normal entrance to Room 1 & 2 is from the concrete steps and the open porch facing Cornell Road. The steps to the upstairs is just inside the door. The large polished wood banister has an elegant historic look. Room 1 is closer to Cornell Road and the rocking chair. The room has a window air conditioner so temperature can be controlled better. Guest access The hallway with the stairs is closed off from the rest of the downstairs. This stairway is only shared with Room 2. The merry-go-round is shared with all the Cornell units. Other things to note No smoking is allowed in the house.
