If you are smoking outside, butts and packs must be disposed 2) Please place your garbage bags in the proper bins located in the garage after your stay. 3) Please clean the BBQ grill after use (BBQ propane is provided). 4) Please ensure all windows, backyard door, and front door are locked when leaving. 5) Please do not forget to place the house key back in the lockbox. 6) Please DO NOT flush any sanitary products, paper towels, and wipes. TOILET PAPER ONLY! 7) You are welcomed to pick off fallen branches on the property for your outside fire pit. In case if you are planning to use the wood stove (inside), make sure use the seasoned wood located in the wood shelter. 8) The cottage is treated by professional pest controls each year to minimize bugs. The best advice I can give you: make sure you close the doors behind you during the sunset hours! 9) No excess loud noise/music after 11 PM 10) Water - It's filtered well water. 11) Septic System & Well Water: Everyone must be aware of the care and maintenance of this system to prevent any unpleasant and expensive issues. The maximum occupancy is based on the capacity of the septic and water system. Therefore no additional guests are allowed.
