Relax with the whole family or with lovers of forest hikes at this peaceful place to stay surrounded by nature. The space The cottage has a large garden with a large terrace (barbecue, parasol, outdoor table and jacuzzi). You will enjoy a large heated swimming pool with sunbeds and parasol that has a magnificent view of the pond and the forest. This 60 m2 cottage consists of two bedrooms (one 140 cm bed, two 90 cm beds or king size), and you will also find a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The living space offers a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc.) open to a living room that has two sofas, a large screen TV and a PS4 console. There is also an additional room (reading room or workspace). In summer, the thickness of the walls will protect you from the heat. Guest access You will have a large heated swimming pool (10 X 6) (depending on the weather: July and August) with sunbeds and parasol that enjoys a magnificent view of the pond and the forest. Private car park 10 minutes from multiple shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket) 15 minutes from Périgueux city of history and gastronomy as well as access to the Bordeaux and Limoges highway. Other things to note Your cottage with private access is located on the ground floor in front of the pool of a very beautiful Périgourdine. We occupy the first floor with our two adorable cats and our little Jack Russel Mahé. We will of course be available to welcome you and respond to your requests while respecting your tranquility and privacy. During your stay, you will be the only ones to have access to the pool and jacuzzi as well as the outdoor areas of the gîte. You can enjoy some good vegetables from the vegetable garden that we will offer you depending on the seasons.
