This is a tiny home ( but feels much bigger!) with one open room about 9'x25' complete with fully stocked Kitchen, Dining area with table for 2, Living area with loveseat and leather chair, Bedroom Area with queen bed, and a separate full Bathroom. There is a large waterside screened Porch with lovely, tranquil views. You and your guest will have access to the entire property and space except for the locked owner's closet in the Bathroom and the Utility Room just out side the main door. Minnow is located in the heart of Urbanna and is super convenient to all that the town offers. It is tucked into a quiet historic area of town and sits right on Urbanna Creek. There are lovely views of the bridge and marina as well as abundant wildlife on the water. There are two dedicated parking spaces in the private driveway. There are two bicycles to use to get around town and there are two kayaks to use to explore Urbanna by water. There is a set of stairs going down to the water area and dock. These have a rope handrail on one side and open on the other. There is also access to the water from the side yard if you don't want to use the stairs. There is a dock with power and water for you use, so feel free to bring your boat. There’s a boat ramp at the town marina {$10 launch fee). The dock can accommodate up to a 35’ boat and has approximately 3’ water at mid-tide.
