Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms on the premises of the property and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 3 bedrooms.   BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached, 1 common. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms.  COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor and seats up to 12 people. - It offers a music system, AC, TV, WiFi and heater. - The dining room has AC and seating for 14 people. - There is a terrace and sunroom. - There is a 600 sq. ft. lawn with a gazebo and machan. - There is a private swimming pool, 24x10 feet wide and 4 feet deep. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools. During your stay The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 of your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per head per night. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool or play indoor games like table tennis. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn and unwind on the gazebo. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that there are a total of 6 bedrooms on the premises of the property and if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 3 bedrooms and the common areas.  - There is a dog at the property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The host and caretaker stay on the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - Kindly note, that construction is in progress within the premises of the property. - Owing to the drop in temperatures during winter, the swimming pool will not be operational from the months of November to March.
