A modern home of 140 sqm divided into three floors. Views of mountains and water create a calm in the soul that is hard to beat. Bus stop 50 meters from the house and free parking for one vehicle. 1 km to Ica Duved and 7 minutes' drive to Åreby. Sauna, pillows, duvets and fully-equipped kitchen. We live here every day and only rent out for a few days a year. Hence, the accommodation is well furnished and equipped. The space A newly built home of 140 square meters divided into three floors. The house has a lovely location at the end of the mountain along Karolinervägen. The entrance floor has a welcoming hall, spacious living room and kitchen in an open plan. Large windows provide a nice light and fireplace in the living room and kitchen island in the kitchen area invites socializing. Large dining table with room for 8-10 people + 2 bar stools at the kitchen island. In the kitchen, there is everything you can imagine you need, sous vide, coffee maker, baking utensils, toaster, mixer, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, wine glasses and plates for the whole party. At the back of the entrance floor, there is a fully tiled bathroom/laundry room and stairs up to the next floor. On the 1st floor, there are two of the house's four bedrooms. One bedroom has a 180 cm double bed (continental bed) and the other bedroom has two single beds (a bed with a very good mattress is under the single bed on wheels, so perfect for 2 adults. There is also exercise equipment and an office space with a height-adjustable desk. From both bedrooms, there is an exit to the south-facing balcony. On this floor, there is a fully tiled bathroom with sauna and exit to the back. The top floor of the residence offers an additional living room as well as double bedrooms where one of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet and a double bed (continental bed) is 160 cm. In the room, there is a large TV and PlayStation 4. The second bedroom, bedroom 4, has a bunk bed with 2 really good mattresses and a bed on wheels that is under the lower bunk. The living room has access to the balcony in a lovely south-facing location and offers views of Renfjället. The home has WiFi, washing machine, dryer, gas grill, PlayStation, 2 TVs, board games and sauna. You as a tenant are responsible for cleaning. If you would like someone to do the cleaning for you, I can arrange a cleaner and you will receive the invoice for this. Keys, we'll agree on how you want it. We will not be in Åre when you rent our home, but we will be on vacation. But we'll find a good solution for all of us. We have many friends around here who can help hand them over on site if you wish. If you want to Facetime with us to see us and the house, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll arrange it. Don't forget your own bed linens and bath towels. Guest access The entire property is at your disposal. Use it as if it were your own home, and we will be happy when we get home from vacation. Young people who party will not be accepted by us. Other things to note Check-out time I think around 12 pm and then check-in around 3 pm. If there is no one before, you can check in earlier. CLEANING is your responsibility as a tenant. If you want to give up the responsibility, I can try to help arrange cleaning, but you as a tenant have to take care of the payment of the cleaning.
