Staying here you definitely get to experience what it’s like to live downtown and see what all beautiful Downtown Charleston has to offer! The space The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 9 people with two bedrooms, a pullout sofa bed, single couch, and added queen air mattress for the living room. A master bathroom located in the king bedroom and additional full bathroom for all guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials to enjoy a nice home cooked meal. A washer/dryer combo is also available in the apartment if needed. All on one level with elevator access, so no worries about stairs. Paid parking is available for $2.50/day in the ABM parking lot for additional vehicles but we do provide one complimentary parking pass for guests. Guests can bring a maximum of 2 dogs ONLY! (No Exceptions) Guest access Guests will have complete access to their specific apartment and lobby area for entry. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment or building. We want our guest to be aware that there is a ring doorbell security system placed on the outside of the apartment front door. Any pets that have not been added as a guest will be charged a double pet fee so, please add your pets to your booking.
