A lovely three bedroom family home that has been completely refurbished for 2023. Sleeps up to 6 + infant. Best suited for 4 adults,2 children due to bunk bed room being small. Not 6 adults. Outdoor area with its own garden beach hut complete with fridge and outdoor dining. Walking distance to Blackpool pleasure beach. Bus links are extremely close to the house if you wish to leave the car behind. Infant cot, highchair & safety gates available. NO STAG/HEN PARTIES The space This is a very spacious house. Large front room with 2 sofas, netflix on the TV. Kitchen & dining room with patio doors that lead outside. Large TV with Netflix. Kitchen equipped with washing machine/dishwasher large American fridge/freezer, all pots,pans,cutlery,cooking utensils,tea,coffee,sugar,salt,pepper provided. This room leads out onto the large garden with it's own beach hut that has fridge, safety dart board and games provided. Comfortable outside seating for dining. Parking space for car. Upstairs: bedroom 1 has double bed, dressing table with lots of wardrobe storage. Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds with lots of wardrobe space Bedroom 3 - bunk beds If travel cot and stair gates are required, please advise at time of booking. Bathroom - shower, toilet & sink. Hairdryer provided. The utility room has iron, ironing board, fan for hot weather, Henry hoover. Guest access The whole house and outdoor space is entirely for guests use. No areas out of bounds. Other things to note Please note this is a friendly neighbourhood and we do not want to upset our neighbours. We do not want to accommodate loud parties - stags/hens (sorry)
