Lake Sara Lake House

Come enjoy our Lake Sara home that is situated on Blue Gill Cove with inviting water from the swimming / fishing dock, electric boat lift for your use, beautiful views and a home with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open concept common area. Per the Effingham Water Authority short-term rental ordinance, maximum occupancy is 2 adults (aged 21 and older) per bedroom, with a maximum of 8 adults. This is a 5-bedroom home, so additional guests above 8 adults must be children under the age of 21. The space Ample space for up to 10 people! 5 bedrooms - 4 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins) on the upper level, 1 bedroom (King) on the lower level. 2 bathrooms, one on each level, and each having a shower stall, no bathtubs. Lower level has open concept common area with kitchen, dining and living room. Washer and dryer are located on the lower level. Shared balcony deck located off of two of the upper bedrooms. Walk out patio from lower level provides an outside sitting area with table, chairs and swing. BBQ is located on the patio. Walk down the stairs to access the lake, swimming / fishing deck and electric boat lift. Boat house has personal floating devices and swimming noodles for your enjoyment. Large sun deck over the boat lift provides another great view of Lake Sara and with two tables, another place to dine or soak up the sun. Guest access Home will be accessed via a numeric keypad lock on the door.
