A magical place to play sports and unwind. In the annex, the owners have a completely private apartment. The space The house was completely renovated in 2021. The 6 bedrooms are equipped with a private bathroom, hairdryer, products, white cotton sheets and quality shower towels. Each room has a private terrace. The 15 m pool is heated all year round and equipped with many deckchairs, pool and beach towels are available. All around the house there are many terraces, allowing you to always be able to relax. For cooking lovers, 4 ovens, 2 fridges, Vitamix Blender, two dishwashers and a Green Star extractor. All oils, spices are available. The house is equipped with Sonos baffles and a large baffle for the exterior. To take great walks and enjoy the park we provide 2 electric bicycles. The Arrabida Padel club is 5 minutes from the house, with its 4 covered courts you can play all year round. Padel racket and balls available. The accommodation, its swimming pool, terraces and garden are located on 5 hectares of land, you can also enjoy the vegetable garden and orchard. There is a full-time person who maintains all the facilities and cleans the terraces daily. Our housekeeper can come and clean and change bath towels. In July and August, it's always nice thanks to the wind. Two bedrooms come with air conditioning and the other five come with fans, but the nights are cool, you'll rarely need them. The property is fully walled, you can sleep with the windows open safely. The property is not safe (stairs, swimming pool, low walls) for young children. The spaces are very large, it is not always easy to monitor them. Guest access 5 minutes from the village of Azeitao, you will access the property by a 1 km gravel road. You can get around by car or bicycle. Other things to note The house is self-sufficient, water from wells, energy from solar panels, vegetable garden and orchard at your disposal.
