With the best of both worlds, the private escape is located 5 minutes away from the nearest grocery store, Wal-Mart, and restaurants to serve your day-to day needs. This luxury chalet is complete with countless amenities for a relaxing vacation including but not limited a brand NEW hot tub with therapy jets and lights (most AirBNB hot tubs are cheap and run down), 4k smart TVs, game room, and board games for all ages. Top Floor 1) Open concept kitchen is fully stocked for a chef to whip up extravagant family meals. This includes pots and pans, 14 in 1 air fryer/oven, spices, utensils, cooking oils, serving bowls, plates, bowls, Tupperware, and more. 2) Great room with a 56in Smart TV, matching Chesterfield leather sofas, 12 person dining room, and propane fueled fireplace. 3) Three bedrooms in total with king (1) and queen (2) beds. All beds made with memory foam mattresses, Tempur-Pedic pillows, and cotton sheets. 4) Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Bottom Floor 1) Basement game room with pool table, ping, pong table, 65in Smart TV, darts, and bar seating 2) One bedroom with queen (3) beds and one bedroom with bunk beds - full (1), and twin (1) 3) Full bathroom Outdoor Amenities 1) Brand new Wellis Taurus, six seater hot tub with lounger, therapy jets, and lights manufactured by Europe's biggest hot tub company 2) Propane fire pit with 12 Adirondack chairs 3) Weber grill and 10 person picnic table Early check-in and/or late check-out can be accommodated for $100 as long as there is no overlapping reservations. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire 4000 sqft cabin with 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths. Other things to note WI-FI: Satellite Wi-Fi is provided by Blazing Hog for speeds around 30Mbps, enough for streaming and teleconferencing for work. The Wi-Fi is generally reliable but can be spotty from time to time. The Wi-Fi is strongest on the main level of the home. BUGS AND PESTS: We have regular pest control to minimize the presence of bugs and pests. However, this is a cabin in the mountains, and that means no matter what you do there will still be bugs, especially in the summertime. Please keep doors closed at all times as the lights from the home will attract bugs. SECURITY SYSTEMS: This properly is monitored by surveillance 24/7 for your safety and to ensure proper guest count according to the reservation. SEPTIC: The home operates on a septic system so only toilet paper can be flushed. Please discard hygiene products and food waste in trash cans. HOUSE RULES: Please ensure house rules are adhered to ensure all future guest stays are as pleasurable as yours. - Keep doors closed at all times to keep pests out (pull patio door handles UP to anchor) - Shower prior to hot tub use ($100 additional cleaning fee for dirt/mud left in hot tub) - Put hot tub cover back on after use - Wash, dry, and return all cookware to original places - No glass bottles outside - Only flush toilet paper (no hygiene products) - Do not tape or hang things on the walls
