Welcome to Saltwick! Saltwick is a stunning, 4 bedroomed house with 2 en-suites and 1 family bathroom, a stunning open-plan kitchen/diner with large lounge and downstairs WC. Bi-folding doors lead to a large garden and entertaining space complete with outdoor BBQ, seating and hot tub (£150 extra charge). Dogs welcome. We are located just outside Sleights, in the quaint village of Briggswath on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moor, with only a short drive to the sea and beautiful beaches! The space About Saltwick Saltwick is located in the quiet village of Briggswath, just three miles from the centre of Whitby. With a modern and fresh feel throughout, Saltwick will provide a comfortable stay in peaceful North Yorkshire surroundings. Sleeping up to seven guests across four bedrooms, this dog friendly property is the perfect location to retreat to for breaks with family and friends. An occasional single bed is available for a small eighth guest, upon request when booking. The space Guests will be amazed by Saltwick from the moment they step through the door of this modern property. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area boasts three comfortable sofas in front of a large flat-screen smart TV, as well as a choice of two dining spaces. The kitchen itself is equipped with modern appliances to ensure that all guests are able to feel at home during their self-catering stay. There is also a spacious utility area and downstairs WC which can be accessed from this space. From the kitchen is where Saltwick's outdoor area can be accessed via large bi-fold doors. With a paved terrace leading up to an enclosed grassed garden, so it’s ideal for parties staying with children or four-legged friends. On the first floor, you’ll find three of Saltwick's four bedrooms. One of these rooms has a super king sized bed with a smart tv and spacious en-suite bathroom, one has a comfortable king size bed with a smart tv, whilst the other boasts a relaxing single bed. Wherever you choose to sleep, you’ll be guaranteed a great night’s sleep thanks to the plush bedding and premium bed linens used to make the beds up. The family bathroom can also be found on the first floor. Boasting a bathtub, separate shower, WC and wash basin, this is a clean, shiny and modern space. Head upstairs to the second floor and you’ll find the property’s fourth bedroom. This tranquil super king size room also has a private en-suite shower room with a WC and basin and a smart tv. An occasional single bed is available to put up for a small eighth guest in this room. Please note, this cannot be moved from this room, to be used elsewhere. Please bring your own duvet/linen/towel if you want to use this. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is on-site parking for 2 cars available at Saltwick PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, EV charging by any means is not allowed at Saltwick. Granny chargers must not be plugged in. Please respect our rule and utilise the many charging facilities which can be found locally in in Whitby. Please note, it may take a while to heat to the full temperature on your first night and may not be at full temperature until later in the evening. For your safety, please read the full disclaimer prior to using the hot tub. Any use of the hot tub is entirely at your own risk. Bath robes are not supplied.
