Villa Mia in Villas del Palmar

The Villa is located within the Villas del Palmar condominium. It is a family unit ideal for rest. It is a spacious house with lots of natural light with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 on the second floor, a kitchen, dining room and large living room. It also has a terrace overlooking the golf course where smoking is allowed (with restrictions). It is 5 minutes from shopping centers and La Audencia beach. Not included: Laundry detergent, shampoo Extra cleaning during the stay is at the guest's expense. Other things to note ***Additional Information*** Infants, children, and adults count as guests. The maximum number of guests inside the villa is seven. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum, an external administration will charge $100 per night for each additional guest. Plus $250 per extra person to be charged through the platform. Extra cleaning during the stay $350 is paid directly to the cleaning staff
