Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook on vacation. LIVING ROOM: a brand new 140 convertible sofa, duvet, pillows and their protectors are included. A storage cabinet. A new flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi. You will have access to the south-facing balcony.
