Our beautiful, contemporary, open plan apartment has been lovingly created in an old barn. Thick walls, cool in summer. Fans in both bedrooms. One double bedroom + a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed. Top quality king size mattresses (30cm deep) and linen bed sheets. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, oven... Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Free Wi-fi. Walled garden with private under cover seating area and BBQ. Free parking, own entrance. The space Newly renovated large contemporary apartment + private walled garden (220m2) for guests' exclusive use. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. All bed linen, towels, shampoo and soap provided. Two quiet and cosy private bedrooms with brand new, top quality 180cm wide beds and mattresses (30cm deep). The bed in the second bedroom can be split up into two 90cm beds. Linen bed sheets, fans in both bedrooms, cool in summer (thick stone walls). Polished concrete floors throughout. Open plan kitchen, dining and large lounge. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge - freezer, stovetop, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven... Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Hairdryer and towels. Quaint water spring running past lounge windows. The garden is partly lawn and flower beds, and partly pebbles. There is a shady, covered outdoor area (30m2) for dining and chilling out with a BBQ. Guest access The entire apartment and walled garden are solely for guests. Entrance is completely independent, with a key box. Free parking is 10 metres away from the entrance gate. Other things to note There are 3 steps up to the front door. The apartment is split level, with 3 steps going down to the lounge and dining area. There is a small stream in our private garden, running past the guests' lounge window. It is not accessible from the apartment as it is not safe for children. Before booking our accommodation, we would like to inform you about some special features and important rules that we want you to respect during your stay: ✦ No smoking indoors: We have a strict no smoking policy inside the house. However, we understand that some travellers may be smokers. If you wish to smoke, we ask you to do so in the garden, or on the covered outdoor terrace. Please use the appropriate ashtray to extinguish butts responsibly. ✦ Do the dishes and tidy up: We kindly ask you to do the dishes properly after each use and to store it carefully. there is a dishwasher. This will maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure a pleasant experience for subsequent travelers. ✦ Taking care of the equipment and the apartment: We spent time and effort renovating and designing our home with care. Please take care of the equipment and furniture during your stay so that future travelers can also enjoy a comfortable and well-kept space. ✦ Waste management: Please respect the environment by taking your garbage bags and glass to the main entrance gate on collection days.
