The entire ground level unit is reserved for your private enjoyment. The owners live in the basement level, which has a separate entrance. The only shared space between the 2 units is the basement laundry room. The owners are available if you need anything, otherwise there is no physical interaction during your stay. Two parking spots for guests are available in the driveway. Other things to note KIDS There are kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils in the kitchen. A booster seat, high chair, pack-n-play, and toys are all available. PETS Two pets are allowed for a $75 pet fee. Additional pets may be allowed for an additional fee; message for details. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including damage to the hardwood floors. Pet food and water bowls are provided. OTHER DETAILS We only ask that you turn off the lights and lock the front door when you check out. We will never ask you to clean while you’re on vacation.
