The space The heart of the lodge is the spacious, open-plan living area, filled with natural light from large windows. Curl up on the comfortable sofas in front of the smart TV, or get cosy by the wood burner on a cool evening. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine and fridgefreezer, making meal preparation a breeze. We also provide a complimentary starter pack of teas, instant coffees, and kitchen essentials to get you settled in. Step out from the lounge onto your private deck, where you can enjoy outdoor seating while overlooking a beautiful Lakeland stream and the surrounding green hills. The lodge features two generously sized bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a large en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom has twin beds. A family bathroom includes a mains shower over the bath. For your convenience, a utility room houses a washer/dryer and provides space for muddy boots and coats after a day of exploring. And if you're looking for an iron and ironing board, clothes rack or additional fan heater or portable fan you'll find these in the master bedroom. Guest access You will have private access to the entire lodge and its amenities, including the furnished outdoor deck. Easy self check-in is available for your convenience. Free parking is provided on the premises. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, we will request a contact email address and mobile number which can be used if needed during your stay. To protect our property, we require all guests to select one of the following options: 1. A refundable £400 Good Housekeeping Bond, placed as a temporary hold on a payment card. 2. A non-refundable £40 Bond Waiver fee. Completing this step is required to access your personalised digital Boarding Pass. This pass contains all the essential information for your stay, including directions, self check-in instructions, and the latest key safe code.
