On the cooler evenings you can sit by the fireplace pit, relax, have some hot coco or cider and make s’mores, while listening to the sounds of nature. The guest suite has a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, a coffee maker and toaster oven for your convenience. The bedroom has a king Casper mattress for your comfort, sitting area and large smart Tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube Tv. The entire Guest suite is private for guests only. I am available as needed via text or phone during your stay. Gated, mountain community located approximately 1 hour north of Atlanta where you can see Black bear, Deer and Turkeys on a regular basis. Golf and horse back riding is available at an additional cost. There is one restaurant located in the community. The roads are paved, some are curvy and require caution. I live in the upper level of the property. Although we are extremely quiet, you may hear an occasional pitter patter or woof, woof from one of our dogs. The speed limit of 20 mph is strictly enforced.
