Maisonette with terrace

We welcome you to our independent annex studio, a recently renovated and isolated chalet, in the heart of our garden, in the shade of a large oak tree. Located in the town of Disneyland, in Coupvray, in a residential area, 800 m from Esbly train station allowing you to go, among other things: - to Disneyland Paris by bus (Transdev line 2261 and line 2262, SNCF line N141) in 20 minutes - to Paris (Gare de l'Est) by Transilien train line P in 30 minutes. The space You will stay in a pleasant cottage for 2–3 people, in the heart of our garden. You have a terrace in complete privacy out of sight. Guest access Self check-in. Or physical if needed. Your vehicle must be parked on the street (free of charge). The cottage is in the heart of our garden, at the back of our house. The land is sloping and access is via a gravel driveway for about forty meters, then a few stairs. Guests have access to the cottage and its private terrace only. Other things to note The smartTV is connected to WiFi and gives access to Netflix, Prime... apps with your personal accounts. The TV does not have national channels or DTT. 🎁 Two coffee capsules are offered to you as a welcome. As well as tea. 🎁 No cleaning fee, in order to offer an accessible rate to as many people as possible. Please leave the premises clean, even if we systematically clean up after you. Linens provided by us: - 2 bath towels - 1 hand towel - 1 bath mat - 1 kitchen towel - 1 shower curtain - bed linens; the bed will already be made upon arrival. Finally, THANK YOU so much for noting that we are not a hotel, and that therefore you will not find the services/location of a starred establishment... that's also why the price is much lower.
