We would like to warmly welcome you to our vacation home in the middle of the hiking and mountain bike paradise of the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve. The resort town of Leimen is 500 - 600 m above sea level. Cyclists and hikers will get their money's worth on the well-developed trails. Our modern vacation home is located on the outskirts of the resort town of Leimen, in the Gräfensteinerland. The house has an attractive design and high-quality amenities. Other things to note Note for mountain bikers: A private garage for the secure storage of your bicycles is available. Free charging for e-bikes is available. Important note for our Airbnb guests: We are happy to welcome you as guests and would just like to give a small but important note: We require our guests to read our Airbnb house rules before booking, which are part of the contract. Note on the hot tub in the bathroom: The hot tub is available from May 1st May to September 30 daily from 10 am to 7 pm. General note: We rent out our apartment via AirBnb to vacation guests for normal tourist use, no excessive wellness use.
