The studio boasts a tranquil ambiance with its rustic charm and convenient location, this studio is the perfect base for exploring all that Sequim and Olympic National Park have to offer. As you enter through your private entrance, you'll immediately feel a sense of serenity. The studio features a well-designed layout with a comfortable bed that beckons you to unwind after a day of exploration. The soft lighting and tasteful decor create a warm and inviting. The studio also boasts a convenient coffee station, equipped with everything you need to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea. Our well water is tested regularly and is so refreshing, family members often bring a few liters home with them whenever they visit. Step outside to discover an outdoor bistro set, where you can bask in the beauty of the surrounding nature while savoring a meal or simply enjoying the fresh air. It's the perfect spot to soak up the peaceful atmosphere and plan your next adventure. Situated in an idyllic location, our charming private attached studio offers convenient access to the captivating Railroad Bridge Park. Just a leisurely 30-minute walk or a quick 15-minute bike ride away, this picturesque park awaits your exploration. Additionally, the studio's proximity to the annual Lavender Fest makes it an ideal choice for those looking to experience this vibrant celebration of fragrant lavender fields. Whether you're seeking a country side getaway, a base for outdoor adventures, our private attached studio in Sequim, Washington is the perfect choice for your stay. ! ! Please note this space does NOT have air conditioning but does have a few fans and there is a potential for loud noises within the neighborhood. Guest access The entire studio is a private space with its own entrance. You’ll have access to your own private bathroom with a shower and tub. There is an additional room for storage, clothes, and other large items such as your bikes. Other things to note This is an attached private studio. The coffee room shares a wall with the main house, please be considerate during bedtime hours. We want to inform our guests that there is an excavation company located next door to our studio and a small private airport. While we strive to provide a peaceful and quiet environment, it's important to note that there is a potential for noise during your stay due to the companies operations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend considering this aspect if you are particularly sensitive to noise disturbances. During certain seasons we may have issues with bugs and I’ll do my best to keep them away by spraying a non-toxic essential peppermint oil to repel ants and wasp traps will be placed throughout the property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or questions, as we are here to ensure you have a pleasant stay. * Wifi can be unreliable. Please book with the knowledge that there may be issues. * Studio does not have air conditioning * We live on the property with kids and dogs. Please expect to hear noises such as dogs playing, kids practicing piano, and laundry being done during the daylight hours.
