New, open-plan family home on a quiet street in the Aro Valley within walking distance of the CBD, and three minutes' walk to Kelburn village. 'Passivhaus' style construction makes it lovely and warm and dry all year long, with minimal heating. If you are looking for fancy linen and matching crockery, our home is not for you! But if you are looking for a comfortable warm place to stay – and don't mind looking after a cat – we think you'll enjoy our place! The space There's a covered patio off the kitchen/dining area. Guest access You (and Oslo the cat) will have the house to yourselves Other things to note We have a cat, Oslo, who will need feeding. He toilets outside, and has a litter tray for emergencies.
