The space The Carriage House is bright and airy and designed to be a respite providing peace, tranquility and privacy. The living area, kitchen and eating area are on the first level. The large bright bedroom and beautiful tiled bath are up a curved staircase on the second floor. Diamond pane casement windows allow for ocean breezes and add to the charm. Amenities include air conditioning with remote, 39 in flat screen television with remote, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, mugs, pressure cooker, electric tea kettle, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water filter system, disposal, juicer, coffee maker,coffee grinder, toaster, rotisserie convection oven, microwave, deluxe induction cooktop, electric griddle, outdoor grill, iron and ironing board, bath essentials including all bathing needs, bath extras and hairdryer. Also provided are welcome snacks, coffee, assortment of teas, spices...items for your convenience and comfort. Many features within easy walking distance- the beach and bike and walking path, the pier, scooters and bike rentals close by, restaurants, grocery stores, Bluff Park, shopping, yoga on the bluff ( yoga mats provided), farmers market, professional massages available and meditation facilities, hair and nail salons, art museum. Within a 5 minute drive are unique areas like “Retro Row” and unique Art Theater, 2nd Street Shopping, Shoreline Village at the marina, Alamitos Bay Marina as well as Gondola, Duffy and other boat rentals too!! The Carriage House is centrally located to access many fun and unique recreational activities. Safety features include smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. Also available are free wifi, 39 inch flat screen TV and use of enchanting garden complete with intimate chatting area, dining table and chaise lounges. Backyard bird sanctuary provides non stop bird sightings including Hummingbirds galore, American Goldfinch, Black-headed Grosbeak, exotic green parrots, European Finch and occasional Nutmeg Mannikins as well as an occasional hawks. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire Carriage House.
