Perfect Workation with a Park View

Our apartment is bright, spacious, very central and perfect for a couple on a workation. All rooms offer options to do things together – or have some alone time. The two dedicated work areas ensure that you don't bother each other during calls. On a sunny day, the balcony is the perfect hangout to enjoy a glass of wine or watch the lively hustle and bustle in the streets. On a rainy day, relax on the comfy sofa or on one of the two hammocks and listen to music, read a book or watch a movie. The space The building dates back to 1885 which is quite rare, considering that more than half of this area was completely destroyed in WWII. The house has five floors and our apartment, on the fourth floor, has been completely renovated and remodeled a year ago. The hallway, bedroom and living room have beautiful solid oak flooring, the kitchen and bathroom have concrete tiles with underfloor heating. The rooms are 3,30 meter high and are decorated with traditional stucco. The new double-glazed windows have great insulation and keep the street noises out. Guest access As we live in this apartment most of the year, we move some of our personal effects out of the way when guest are staying here. This is why the small bedroom and supply closet are locked and inaccessible. You are welcome to use anything that's in the guest area, whether it's the spices in the kitchen, the electronic equipment or instruments. All we ask is that you treat our things with care.
